Medical Representative – Hospital Channel (Jakarta Area)

Responsibilities: 

• Present as DKT’s representatives to the hospitals, stake holders and doctors as prescriber.

• Plan and execution for visit and detailing targeting hospital stakeholders, doctors, Ob/gyn and pharmacist with agreed plan of numbers and frequency.

• Build a strong base of customer list consisting of Hospital, Ob/gyn, Pharmacist and stakeholder/Key decision maker according to the guided numbers.

• Mastering in product knowledge to do the excellent quality of product detailing to the customers above.

• Work closely and collaborate with the distributor's sales team to ensure excellence execution in sales & marketing activities and to deliver the product to the customer within the hospital channel.

• Act actively with strong initiative to ensuring the product availability in the hospital/clinics that listed in the customer database through the hospital/clinics listing process, with the KPIs as follow:

  • Numbers of Hospital listed with DKT’s products

  • Numbers of SKU listed in hospital based on MCL

  • Numbers of user of DKT’s product in Hospital based on MCL

• Work towards achievement of sales goals by executing strategy/tactics, measuring by:

  • Incremental of Outlet transaction for DKT’s products

  • Sales growth of each Hospital in the MCL

  • Sales growth for each Products/SKU’s

• Responsible for the monitoring, tracking and follow up for hospital Program implementation in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical, Nurse, etc.)

• At least 2-year experience in Medical Representatives, Sales executive or Product Specialist from pharmaceutical industry or medical device.

• Excellent in product detailing & understand the hospital business structure is a must

• 1-year experience handling Ob/gyn Specialists and products also familiar with the hospital product listing process will be an advantage.
