Role: Retail Customer Service / Retail Sales / Office Support

Full time

Indonesian Rp 5,500,000 – 6,500,000 per month

Full-time, on-site:

(1) Retail Sales Associate based in Jakarta. The Retail Associate will work on:

• Managing, processing and overseeing daily orders and operations

• Manage sales updates using Google Sheets

• Keeping track of inventory and ensuring sufficient inventories

• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth running of operations / workflow

• Provide support and problem-solve role to customers

• Perform monthly sales audits to ensure correct entries of data

• Responsible for sending in daily sales and inventory reports

• Attend regular virtual meetings to sync and update on daily updates and recoveries

• Liaise with vendors / supplies

• To attend training or events to continuously improve and optimise work place and business

• Able to work on rotational shifts (10am – 10pm) Monday to Sunday inclusive

Qualifications / Criteria:

• Strong interpersonal and multi-lingual communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively

• Experience in Customer Service & Operations Management with a focus on workflow optimization

• Knowledge in cryptocurrency concepts, wallets, blockchain and digital asset security is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year in Retail Sales experience

• Able to work on rotational shifts hours (10am – 10pm)

• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving

• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments

• Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Chinese speaking is an added advantage
