SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Main Requirement:

·      Ability to communicate in English is required, both speaking and writing.

·      Candidates residing in Bali are preferred.

·      Applicants from outside Bali are welcome to apply if they are genuinely willing to relocate.

Tasks & Responsibilities

·      Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.

·      Carry out civil maintenance works, including painting, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, masonry, drywall/gypsum, ceiling repairs, flooring repairs, and general building repairs.

·      Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs.

·      Repair and maintain doors, windows, locks, partitions, furniture, and other building fixtures.

·      Inspect buildings and facilities to identify maintenance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

·      Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and maintenance specifications.

·      Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

·      Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

·      Complete service reports and communicate maintenance findings to supervisors.

·      Provide professional and excellent customer service while working on-site.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Minimum 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, Facility Maintenance Technician, or in a similar role.

·      Certification or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field is preferred.

·      Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including civil works, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, tiling, plastering, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, and general repair works.

·      Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

·      Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work specifications.
