Qualifications & experience
Bachelor/Master Degree any major
At least 5 years of experience as Commercial Leasing manager in property/leasing company
Having good knowledge on leasing practices, processes and documents and also know how to identify new tenants and retain high quality tenants.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with good management and leadership skill
Dynamic personality with excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English both oral and written
Tasks & responsibilities
Main Responsibility: Supervise tenant lease operations from the company's commercial area. Researching tenant background, negotiating lease agreements and completing all required lease documents.
