Responsibilities
Develop and expand a network of new merchants to adopt the company’s payment gateway services.
Manage and optimize the potential of existing merchant accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to achieve business growth targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Digital Banking industries, Forex or Crypto.
Possesses an active merchant list or business network that can be developed further.
Target-oriented, communicative, and strong in negotiation skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
