Analyst Corporate & Institutional Banking Department Reports to: Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking Department Location: Auckland CBD                                                                                                    

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: 1. Conducting timely loan and agency services including interest and fee calculation,

funds allocation, notice and advice distribution etc.;

• Assisting relationship managers with transactional banking queries;
• Coaching operation assistant to develop skills and streamline process;
• Maintaining bank database and monitoring loan performance;
• Archiving loan documents in compliance with bank policies;
• Conducting periodic audits of loan files;
• Prepare reports required by the risk management department, audit and compliance

department, local regulatory authorities, Head Office etc.;

• Assisting relationship managers in carrying out appropriate financial modelling, credit

analysis and preparing for credit application;

• Abide by the Bank’s policies and procedures at all times;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department or the Bank.

Qualifications and

Requirements: University graduate or above; 5+ years’ Commercial or 3+ years’ Corporate banking analyst experience at local banks are preferred; Proven record of delivering business targets, meeting customer needs and improving customer satisfaction; Analytical thinking, excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills; Strong knowledge and understanding to China and local markets are preferred; Fluency in both Mandarin and English are preferred; Proficiency in both written & verbal English; Has eligibility to work in New Zealand.
