Job Description :
Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Handle HR, GA, Industrial Relations, HSE.
Ensure the implementation of key organization HRGA policies.
Promoting corporate values and drive culture.
Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc.
Qualifications :
Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company.
Experiences working alongside business leaders to understand business objective and able to advise and drive people strategies aligned with business goals.
Experience in Food Manufacture will be preferred.
Strong people skills and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Digital savvy and familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management system.
Prefer candidate who can join immediately.
Placement for 2 location : Jakarta (Sudirman) & Plant Majalengka (choose 1).
