FULL-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) + CONTENT CREATOR

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Assistant

• Manage the Director's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Support the Director during meetings, photoshoots, events, and business trips when required.
• Conduct research and assist with business-related projects.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative and organizational support.

2. Content Creator

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and creative campaign ideas.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for products, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Write compelling captions that align with the brand's identity.
• Stay updated with social media trends and propose fresh content ideas.
• Assist in organizing and executing photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and brand events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Available to work Full-Time.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Passionate about fashion, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible to work outside regular hours for events, campaigns, or photoshoots when needed.
• Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Content Creator, or Social Media Executive.
• Experience creating content for fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiar with Shopify (product uploads, website updates, banner changes, and order management).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar creative software.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for brand content is a plus.
