What the role really is

• 50–100 calls a day — chasing leads, filling jobs, making connections

• Meet clients in construction, trades, warehousing, logistics

• Source workers, get boots on the ground, solve problems fast

• Drive to sites & build real relationships (Class 1 licence needed)

• Think fast, move faster — no hand-holding

You need to be

• Tough, driven, and obsessed with winning

• Confident talking to anyone — yard to boardroom

• Resilient — can take knocks and come back swinging

• Good energy, good chat, good attitude

• Class 1 licence + reliable as hell
