The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our trade marketing team - working across our Retail, NZ Wholesale, and AU Wholesale businesses. You'll be the central point of contact, project manager and hands-on executor who keeps marketing moving: triaging requests, running email and SMS campaigns, keeping our websites in shape, and making sure print and POS land where they need to, on time.

This is a role for someone who takes initiative, makes the call, and would rather act and adjust than wait around for approval.

What you'll be doing

• Triage and prioritise marketing requests across retail and wholesale through Asana and the shared marketing inbox

• Run email and SMS campaigns end-to-end in Klaviyo - setup, scheduling, send-time optimisation, and reporting

• Keep our NZ and AU websites up to date: product uploads, pricing, imagery, store info, general content

• Project manage print production and POS rollouts with external suppliers

• Write and post content for LinkedIn and other professional channels, working alongside our Content Specialist

• Guide stakeholders toward approved templates and scalable processes — the goal is fewer custom one-offs, more repeatable systems

• Coordinate communication between internal teams, stores, suppliers and external partners

What you'll bring

• 2+ years in marketing coordination, trade marketing, or digital operations

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience (Hubspot or Mailchimp at a strong level also considered)

• Comfortable in website CMS backends and uploading products on e-commerce platforms

• Confidence to make decisions autonomously - you'd rather get it 80% right today than 100% right next week

• High attention to detail 

• Diplomatic but assertive - you can say "not like that" to a sales rep or store manager and keep the relationship intact

• Adaptable and comfortable bouncing between brands and business units
