Key Responsibilities

  • Memimpin persiapan dan operasional pembukaan restoran (pre-opening & opening phase)
  • Mengelola seluruh operasional Hot Kitchen 
  • Menetapkan standar rasa, kualitas, dan konsistensi brand sejak tahap awal
  • Menyusun SOP kitchen, standard recipe, dan sistem kerja dapur
  • Mengontrol food cost, inventory, purchasing, serta waste management
  • Melakukan riset dan pengembangan (R&D) untuk menciptakan serta menyempurnakan menu oriental, termasuk pengujian resep, teknik memasak, dan standar penyajian.
  • Membangun, melatih, dan membentuk tim kitchen yang solid & profesional
  • Menjamin implementasi standar food safety & hygiene

Qualifications

  • Pengalaman 5-10+ tahun sebagai Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef di restaurant singapore dan malaysia (Hot Kitchen)
  • Specialist  masakan Singapore & Malaysia
  • Memahami cost control, SOP system, dan operational kitchen management
  • Memiliki leadership kuat dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan tinggi
  • Berpengalaman melakukan menu development & product innovation
  • Terbiasa handle pre-opening restaurant menjadi nilai tambah besar
