SA State Manager - Adelaide

The Role

We are an Australian owned warehouse and transport business, seeking a genuine leader to join our national team and manage our South Australian business located in Greenfields SA. 

As State Manager you will be responsible for our operations team, culture, safety and P&L performance

This established role boasts a

•  Monday-to-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm; & 

• An Attractive Salary of $120-$130k p.a.     

 Along with a competitive remuneration package we also offer:

Duties & Responsibilities                      

• Lead all state-based logistics operations — warehousing, transport, last-mile delivery — with a focus on both performance and people

• Build a culture where frontline teams are heard, valued, and developed into the companies next leaders

• Own P&L performance for the state, managing costs, revenue targets, budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive operational safety and compliance across the site, operations and fleets

• Partner with national leadership to shape strategy, then translate it into action on the ground

• Represent the business with key clients and stakeholders, turning relationships into long-term partnerships 

Additional Support

This role is supported by:

• An Operations Manager onsite

• Technology including:

o    Warehouse Management System (WMS)

o    Transport Management System (TMS)

o    Pallet Management (2IC); &

• A National Safety Manager onsite to support compliance, safety & quality standards
