Job Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Performance Management:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability targets.

• Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy cost structure and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and evaluate overall business unit performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.

• Establish business objectives, KPIs, and performance measurement systems.

Operational Excellence & Organizational Development:

• Review and optimize business processes, organizational structure, and operational workflows.

• Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and governance standards.

• Lead organizational transformation initiatives to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.

• Build a high-performance culture aligned with company values and objectives.

Risk Management & Corporate Governance:

• Evaluate operational, financial, and compliance risks across the organization.

• Identify potential fraud risks and implement preventive controls and mitigation strategies.

• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Conduct periodic business reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

• Develop new business opportunities, particularly in B2B markets.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships, channels, and business networks.

• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business expansion and long-term sustainability.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and mentor department heads and key management personnel.

• Work closely with shareholders, board members, and family ownership representatives.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment toward company goals.

• Represent the company in strategic meetings, partnerships, and external engagements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Professional experience in senior leadership positions.

• Proven experience leading business transformation, operational improvement, and organizational restructuring.

• Experience in startup, growth-stage companies, technology, cybersecurity, professional services, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
