Finance Accouting & Tax (FAT) Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities of the company.

· Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

· Ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and tax reporting.

· Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

· Establish and maintain effective internal controls and finance procedures.

· Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.

· Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory, and fixed assets.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

· Lead, coach, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

· Drive continuous process improvements and support finance system enhancements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

· Hands-on experience using SAP, ERP

· Brevet A & B certification is preferred.

· Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, audit, and taxation.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting).

· Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Language: Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a major plus).
