Position : Media Supervisor
Job description :
Lead and enhance the role of media in promoting the company through business proposals and presentations.
Lead and manage a team focused on performance display and media execution.
Work closely with the Strategy Director to develop strategic recommendations for positive corporate news and communications.
Develop and implement annual and monthly media strategies, ensuring the achievement of established targets.
Identify innovative media campaigns based on current media trends and relevant case studies to effectively communicate the company's positive initiatives and achievements.
Collaborate with the Strategy Team to identify and evaluate media proposals, emerging technologies, and market trends for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Establish media guidelines across various platforms, particularly digital media channels, and distribute them to Samsung Mobile, clients, and internal teams.
Conduct global competitive analysis by reviewing and analyzing quarterly competitive requests and other market intelligence requirements.
Manage global associates on a daily basis, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery.
Delegate tasks and projects effectively to team members to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
Requirement :
Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (Mandarin Prefer).
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 4 years of experience in media, communications, or related fields.
Conceptual, analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Can-do attitude, positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
