Senior Tax Manager / Tax Manager

Job Description:

• Provide assistances to Partners in handling client’s assignments;

• Research and analysis of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques for a variety of entities and their affiliates;

• Demonstrates required knowledge and, in addition, an understanding of client’s organization and business/regulatory environment;

• Delivers the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable;

• Delivers the assigned work with high quality and timely deliverable;

• Responsible for delegating work, supervising and coaching to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics major in Accounting or Finance with GPA min. 3.20 of 4.00;

• Expert in handling tax matters, hold Tax License (USKP) Certificate level C and/or tax court license

• Able to work in a team and have commitment to meet the work schedule and deadline;

• Energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills, and have excellent analytical skills;

• Self-motivated with high level of integrity;

• Good command of spoken and written English;

• At least 5-10 years experience, preferable in a reputable consulting firm.
