Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account-related concerns and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Document customer interactions clearly and follow established processes
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
Communication Skills
- Good to excellent English communication skills (voice and written)
Experience
- Open to candidates with no CSR experience
Education
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High School Graduate or higher
Other Requirements
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
