We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer who will play a crucial role in our marketing team. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in advertising. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and CPAS, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
In this position, you will work closely with internal teams, talents, and external partners to drive campaign success. Your expertise in ad performance, strategic planning, and creative execution will help us strengthen our brand presence and maximize sales in the e-commerce space.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Advertising Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, Meta, and CPAS.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret ad performance metrics to improve ROI and reduce CPA.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels to enhance conversion rates.
Develop data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines for all ad placements.

We will also give 1x bonus monthly salary if you achieve all the KPI's from Clients
