Product Specialist

1. Support product implementation and onboarding activities for clients.
2. Gather and document user requirements, feedback, and business needs.
3. Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and issue resolution.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentation, and user training sessions.
5. Assist clients in understanding product features, workflows, and best practices.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Prepare product documentation, reports, and user guides when required.
8. Identify opportunities for product improvement based on user feedback and market trends.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and teams.
3. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
4. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
