Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor (Penempatan Pekanbaru, Denpasar, Makasar)

Responsibility :

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

• Manage and supervise a team of Sales Representatives, Sales Promotion Staff (SPGs/Promoters), and Merchandisers.

• Ensure smooth product distribution across all outlets (modern trade and general trade).

• Ensure product availability at outlets and minimize out-of-stocks.

• Oversee the implementation of promotional programs in stores (displays, promotions, discounts, bundling, etc.).

• Create and control outlet visit schedules (route plans).

• Monitor sales performance per outlet and per product.

• Conduct regular coaching, briefings, and evaluations for the team.

• Maintain good relationships with stores and distributors in the area.

• Prepare regular sales and team activity reports.

• Monitor competitor activity in each placement (Pekanbaru-Padang), (Palu-Makasar) and Denpasar

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school/vocational high school education (preferably a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Business)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Retail Sales

• Experience leading a sales team/SPG/Merchandiser

• Accustomed to working with sales targets

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Accustomed to working in the field and on the go

• Understanding of product distribution and promotional activities at outlets

• Able to create sales reports and simple analyses

• Having a private vehicle and a Class C driver's license

• Willing to be placed in and responsible for (Pekanbaru-Padang), (Palu-Makasar) and Denpasar
