SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
• Clean area, hallways and restrooms.
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of restaurants and function room.
• Sweep the floor.
• Empty ashtrays and urns.
• Polish furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and polish elevators.
• Clean rugs, carpets (if any) and upholstered furniture by using a vacuum cleaner, broom and shampoo machine.
• Wash walls and ceilings, move and arrange furniture, and turn cushion/seater.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors.
• Clean and polish metal work.
• Maintain public area carts.
• Responsible for upkeeps of all using equipment, for example, vacuum cleaner, trolleys, scrubbing machine, etc.
