Qualifications

- Hardworking, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Description
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other assigned locations.
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom necessities as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance concerns or repair requirements.
- Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and supplies when necessary.
- Follow company safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager or Supervisor.
