What You'll Do:
- Act as the technical liaison to Basware, overseeing system implementation and development
- Configure and maintain user roles, system settings, and P2P workflows in Basware
- Ensure compliance and consistency in P2P processes across countries and regions
- Lead implementation efforts, including Country-specific rollouts, Requirements analysis, System configuration, Testing and validation, and End-user training
- Cut-over planning and hypercare support
- Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Solid experience with end-to-end P2P implementation
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and a passion for process optimization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Background in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus
