Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: ?18,000/month
Commission on top of basic salary

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
- Attend client meetings when necessary (minimal field work)
- Coordinate with the team for smooth client onboarding
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate, Car Sales, or Insurance is a big plus!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a WFH setup
- Proficient in basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps)
- Must be based in the Philippines
