Candidate for this position must have the following requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a well known university is a must because we are a Construction Company.
- Have experience working as a Administration Engineering minimum of 2 years
- We need candidate with experience and independent in working
- Have a positive attitude, good communication skill and high inisiative
- Able to communicate with various levels of positions in the organization
- Used to working in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
- Able to lead meetings and communicate with project team member
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Mastering Mandarin is an advantage
- Live in Jakarta and can join as soon as possible
- Prepare presentation materials dan take minutes of meetings
- Issue invoices and payment certificates for billing progress of all projects
- Manage tender administration and new vendor registration
- Correspondence and other administration relate to projects and tender
