About the Role

Join PT Krakatau Posco as a Material and Facility Procurement professional! We are looking for a motivated individual to support our procurement operations by sourcing quality materials and facility services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient purchasing processes that contribute to the success of our business.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Material & Facility Procurement will be an advantage but in general procurement is acceptable.

• Experience in procurement within the manufacturing or steel industry is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication skills
  

What you'll be doing

• Develops strategy of material procurement including sourcing and fostering suppliers.

• Manages procurement process activities (vendor invitation, bidding, negotiation, contract preparation, contract making and follow up of the contracts).

• Manages the evaluation and analysis of user’s material order.

• Finds new competitive (potential) suppliers in local and overseas and evaluates the suppliers.

• Manages administration process of material procurement and operate procurement system [E-Proc]

• Monitors the delivery of material to make sure it is arrived on schedule.
