Join our growing team as a Healthcare Member Services Representative and help deliver outstanding support to healthcare members. In this role, you'll assist customers with benefit inquiries, eligibility verification, claims status, provider information, and other healthcare-related concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist members with healthcare benefits, coverage, eligibility, claims, billing, and provider-related questions.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and available services.
- Resolve member concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of member concerns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- College Graduate (with or without BPO/customer service experience) – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- College Undergraduate (completed at least 2 years of college) with at least 6 months of BPO or related customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage but not required for qualified applicants.
