Main Responsibilities
• Handle daily office administration, document control, filing, scanning, copying, and internal records.
• Support communication and coordination between local Thai team, foreign management, Chinese colleagues, suppliers, visitors, and service providers.
• Prepare, update, and maintain administrative documents, forms, reports, employee records, visitor records, and company files.
• Support travel, accommodation, visitor arrangements, transport coordination, meeting preparation, and factory visit administration.
• Support HR and management with onboarding documents, attendance information, employee communication, and basic administrative follow-up where needed.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery, uniforms, cleaning, maintenance requests, and general administrative needs of the factory office.
• Follow up open administrative tasks and ensure timely completion without repeated reminders.
• Support management with ad hoc administrative assignments, reporting, translation/communication support, and coordination work as required.
• Take over and follow up tasks independently and escalate issues on time.
Mandatory Requirements
• Good English communication ability is mandatory. Candidate must be able to communicate with foreign management, Chinese colleagues, and external parties in English.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, HR/admin support, factory admin, or similar role.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and document handling.
• Reliable, stable, organized, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and support practical operational needs.
