Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional to drive direct booking revenue, stimulate demand and support load factor targets
• Support commercial and sales objectives across multiple channels including OTA, travel agent, corporate and strategic partners
• Own end-to-end campaign execution process from initial idea and promotional concept through pricing approval, stakeholder coordination, operational readiness and campaign launch across digital and commercial channels.
• Plan and execute brand awareness, engagement and social sentiment campaigns to strengthen Nokair’s brand visibility and customer perception
• Manage Nokair’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and future digital channels
• Create and coordinate content across multiple formats including social posts, short-form videos, reels, campaign visuals and long-form content
• Create and coordinate social media content, communication calendar, and campaign rollout across key travel, promotional and brand moments
• Support digital advertising activities across social media and online platforms to improve campaign reach, engagement and conversion
• Work closely with internal and external creative teams, agencies, production partners and influencers to develop campaign assets and content execution
• Monitor campaign and social media performance, customer engagement trends and content effectiveness to support continuous optimization
• Support marketing initiatives related to digital ecosystem, customer engagement and future growth projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, campaign management or content marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends and online customer engagement
• Experience in campaign planning, content creation and social media execution
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing is preferred
• Creative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in travel, airline, lifestyle or consumer marketing is a plus
• Experience in video content creation, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools will be an advantage
• Positive attitude, proactive working style and willingness to learn new marketing approaches
