Quick Service Technician (Bound to Kuwait)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including engine oil and filter changes.

• Inspect and top up fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid.

• Rotate, inspect, and inflate tires to manufacturer specifications.

• Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wiper blades, and batteries as needed.

• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.

• Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, lights, and other basic vehicle components.

• Use diagnostic tools to perform basic system checks and identify minor issues.

• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.

• Follow manufacturer procedures and company quality standards.

• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

• Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.

• Communicate inspection findings and service recommendations to service advisors or supervisors.

• Deliver services efficiently while meeting productivity and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in automotive maintenance or quick service is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and preventive maintenance.

• Ability to operate automotive tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

• Valid driver's license may be required.

• Automotive certifications are an advantage.
