MOULD FOREMAN
Salary: 30k
Work Location : Guyong Sta Maria Bulacan
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team
? Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
? Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
? Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
? Provide training and mentoring to team members
? Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
? Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
? Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment
? Experience in injection and blow moulding operations
? Strong leadership and team management skills
? Proficient in data analysis and reporting
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
