SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Li & RC Design Associates Limited, based in the vibrant Wan Chai District. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and brand experience for our diverse range of clients. With your exceptional design skills and creative flair, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing impactful designs across various print and digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging design solutions

• Creating eye-catching visual assets such as logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital content

• Ensuring design consistency and brand coherence across all touchpoints

• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices

• Managing projects from concept to completion, while delivering high-quality work within efficient project management and team support.

• Providing design support and mentorship to junior members of the team

• Actively participating in team brainstorming sessions and contributing to the creative process

What we're looking for

• Around 5 years of hands-on design experience – agency or fast-paced environment experience is a plus, but not a strict requirement.

• A portfolio that shows variety – we'd love to see branding, print, digital, and maybe even multimedia. You don't need to master everything, but curiosity and range are great.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. – these are our standard tools. Familiarity with other design software is a plus, not a requirement.

• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) is also highly valued.

• Good communication skills – you don't need to be a presenter. Just able to explain your design choices clearly and kindly to teammates and clients.

• Attention to detail + solid understanding of typography, color, and design principles – we'll talk about these together, not quiz you.
