Job Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and design engaging daily visuals and layouts for all owned social media channels.
Multimedia Production: Handle basic, high-efficiency photography, video shooting, and editing (e.g., short-form videos, reels) for digital marketing usage.
Creative Ideation: Proactively bring fresh ideas, trendy design concepts, and creative angles to the team during marketing campaign brainstorming.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic and digital design; agency background is highly welcome.
Proven experience in preparing and optimizing marketing materials specifically for local social media platforms.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) or mobile video editing tools.
Strong advantage: Solid understanding or hands-on experience in content creation and trends for Xiaohongshu (???) / Douyin (??) platforms.
A strong team player with a creative mindset, high adaptability, and a strong sense of market trends.
Candidates should provide a portfolio showcasing past design works.
