Responsible:
Work closely with difference department / shop to follow up administrative and maintain support.
Provide general administrative support including inventory and cost control.
Assist in admin preparation support for difference department activities including roadshow, shop or company events etc.
Follow up company insurance, BR and license application or renew agreement.
Prepare regular admin reports for management review.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High diploma or above in human resources management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Admin preferably gained in sizable firm or retail industry.
Proactive, highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS office and both English and Chinese word processing
Good command English and Chinese
Immediate available is an advantage.
