Job Descriptions :
• Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations
• Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns)
• Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures
• Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy
• Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards
Qualifications :
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Maximum 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
