Job Description
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices across the team.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
Monitor Agile delivery progress through Sprint Reports, Release Reports, and Retrospective outcomes.
Support the development and evaluation of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and team capacity.
Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and proactively drive resolution.
Assess Agile maturity levels within the team and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Guide teams in maintaining consistency in Agile implementation and strengthening Agile practices.
Collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Support Agile maturity observation and evaluation, including identifying gaps, improvement areas, and contributing to strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Proven experience in banking or similar regulated industries.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum framework.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and enforcing Agile discipline.
Ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
Strong experience in monitoring Agile delivery and performance metrics.
Ability to analyze team performance and recommend process improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks and dependencies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience in Agile transformation or scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
