JOB SCOPE
HUMAN RESOURCES
RECRUITMENT / EMPLOYEE MOVEMENTS– manage the recruitment process from On-boarding to Off-boarding following established procedures and guidelines. Complete documentation for all movements.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT – Develop annual training calendar; conduct Training Needs Analysis and recommend training programs as needed
COMPENSATION – Process bi-monthly payroll while monitoring advances and liquidations. Process government mandated contributions including SSS and Pag-Ibig contributions, benefit availment, loans and claims. Complete reportorial requirements required by government agencies.
BENEFITS – administer and process employee benefits. Liaise with third party providers for enrollment, billing, renewal, termination, and availment/claims.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS – Oversee preparation and implementation of Company activities; address employee inquiries and concerns; prepare and administer incident reports, violation and disciplinary reports when needed.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION – process regularization and annual performance evaluation of employees
HR COMPLIANCE – ensure that company policies and procedures are communicated and updated.
ADMIN FUNCTION
EMPLOYEE RECORDS AND DATA MANAGEMENT – ensure records and files are well maintained and updated; Monitor issuance of equipment and tools, safekeep and reissue as needed.
INSURANCE – Process enrollment, renewal, claims, and termination of insurance such as Property Insurance, Life and Accident Insurance, Vehicle Insurance including registration
REPORTORIAL AND LIAISON - Process government mandated reports and documentation, permits and certificates for EastAsia and its sister companies. Liaise with government offices such as SEC, DOLE, etc. as needed
FACILITY MANAGEMENT/ SAFETY AND SECURITY – Active involvement in Safety and Compliance committee. Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment as well as regulatory compliance pertaining to safety and security.
OTHERS
Active participation in ISO activities and audit
Manage flight bookings and prepare necessary documents for visa application including Travel Insurance for International flights.
Calendar and monitor fleet maintenance, fuel and toll usage, and regulatory compliance
