JOB MISSION
Engage with brand enthusiasts both online and offline, managing social platforms, developing engaging content strategies for campaigns and product launches. Engage with the offline sports community, organize events and projects related to cycling and running. By fostering relationships with key stakeholders and staying abreast of digital trends, this role will significantly contribute to our marketing goals and enhance brand preference.
JOB DESCRIPTION
? Manage social platforms and set strategies and KPIs to achieve marketing goals.
? Develop strategies and content for local social media organic assets, and work with the design team to execute them.
? Collaborate closely with the internal marketing planning team and sales team to develop social media campaigns that help achieve marketing goals.
? Follow the internal marketing planning team's direction for campaigns/projects and create social plans to support them.
? Engage with community members on social media platforms and facilitate discussions to maintain a positive brand image.
? Establish close connections with key community members, influencers, and brand advocates to drive brand messaging and community participation online and offline
? Organize and participate in events related to cycling and running, including races, experiential activities, and training courses and ensure smooth event execution and increased participation.
? Work closely with the community during new product launches, organizing special events or campaigns to attract the target audience's attention
? Stay up to date with the latest digital and social media best practices and technologies.
REQUIREMENT
3+ years relevant working experience in marketing, content creation, or project management role.
Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, YouTube for all content and understanding ideal formats for virality on each platform
Creative eye, unconventional thinking and intuition to develop authentic yet informative content for brands
Good English and Tagalog ability and interpersonal skill.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, PPT, Microsoft Suite
Enthusiastic about sports and familiar with Garmin products are preferred.
