Job Description:

• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan & calon pelanggan melalui telepon

• Memberikan solusi kebutuhan pendidikan dan menawarkan produk yang sesuai

• Melakukan follow up kepada pengguna untuk berlangganan layanan berbayar


Kualifikasi:

• Minimal SMA/SMK dengan pengalaman 1–2 tahun di Telesales/Telemarketing/CC Outbound/Desk Collection/Sales

• Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik

• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office

• Target oriented dan terbiasa dengan deadline

• Bersedia training di 2 minggu pertama bekerja, setelah itu WFH
