Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process across multiple positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Develop effective sourcing strategies through various recruitment channels
Maintain recruitment tracker, pipeline, and hiring reports
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (MUST)
Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management (MUST)
Proficient in English both verbal and written communication (MUST)
Experienced in administering and interpreting various psychotests / psychological assessments
Familiar with behavioral interview techniques and candidate assessment methods
Strong sourcing skills using multiple recruitment channels and platforms
Experience handling multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working as Talent Acquisition in an e-commerce platform (MUST)
