📝 Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Creation
Create engaging content for:
- Instagram Feed
- Instagram Stories
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
Develop:
- Content ideas & monthly content planning
- Lifestyle visual concepts
- Carousel storytelling
- Trending content adaptation
- UGC concepts & creative scripts
2. Graphic Design & Visual Production
Create:
- Premium social media visuals
- Product compositions & creative mockups
- Campaign key visuals
- Event & activation materials
- Retail visual assets
- Marketplace banners
- Merchandise visual concepts
3. Video Editing & Short-Form Content
Produce:
- Reels & TikTok videos
- Trending short-form videos
- Lifestyle cinematic edits
- Motion graphics and transitions
Tools:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (plus point)
4. AI Creative Production
Leverage AI tools to increase creative output:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Midjourney / Nano Banana
- AI video generation tools
Able to create:
- Creative prompts
- AI visual concepts
- Storyboards
- Moodboards
5. Trend & Lifestyle Research
Continuously explore trends in:
- Fashion & streetwear
- Coffee culture
- Travel & hospitality
- Luxury lifestyle brands
- Social media trends
- Gen Z culture
Hard Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Basic photography and photo editing skills
- Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut)
- Understand composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable using AI creative tools
- Understand Instagram & TikTok content trends
Soft Skills
