1. Floral Arrangement & Design

• Create fresh flower arrangements for hotel public areas (lobby, restaurants, spa, reception).

• Prepare floral decorations for guest rooms, suites, and VIP amenities.

• Design and prepare arrangements for events such as weddings, meetings, and banquets.

2. Daily Maintenance

• Replace wilted flowers and maintain freshness of all displays.

• Water, trim, and care for flowers, plants, and greenery.

• Ensure all floral setups are clean, attractive, and aligned with hotel standards.

3. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with departments (Events, F&B, Front Office, Sales) for floral needs.

• Discuss floral concepts with event planners or clients for special occasions.

• Prepare floral themes based on seasons, holidays, and hotel campaigns.

4. Inventory & Purchasing

• Monitor stock of flowers, floral foam, tools, vases, ribbons, and other supplies.

• Order flowers and materials from trusted vendors based on quality and cost.

• Manage storage and ensure proper handling of perishable items.

5. Budget & Cost Control

• Work within approved budget for daily flowers and event decorations.

• Provide cost estimates for event floral requests.

• Reduce waste through proper planning and flower reuse when possible.

6. Health, Safety, & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the florist workspace.

• Handle tools (scissors, cutters, wires) safely.

• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards.

7. Guest Interaction (As Needed)

• Assist guests with special floral requests (e.g., romantic setups, bouquets).

• Provide suggestions on flower types, colors, and arrangements.

• Deliver flowers to guest rooms for VIP and special occasions.
