Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering
Minimal 4 years working experience in Corporate Strategic Management or Internal Audit
Familiar with BSC and PDCA is a must
Have experience in Microsoft Power BI
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, multitasking & presentation skills
Willing to work at Samora Group (holding company), placed at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
Willing to travel to our Business Units if needed

Responsibilities:
Provide financial and operation overview to top management
Create risk model to support business strategic plan
Creating, executing, and evaluating an audit universe based on the risks mapped in the Risk Management process
Provide PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) report for top management to achieve company objectives as planned
Responsible for cascading and reviewing Balanced Scorecard and PDCA to create alignment for entire Corporate and Business Units
Assist Business Units in planning cycle process to achieve Company Annual Target (CAT)
Develop business process and Company Guideline or Procedure (SOP, Work Instruction, etc)
Responsible for socializing and monitoring the implementation Company Guideline
