An ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy self-starter with a competitive attitude and the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within business accounts.

In this role,

  • You will qualify and nurture incoming leads from marketing activities (webinars, events, trade shows, content syndication etc.) within a specific region. With the objective of identifying business opportunities that will be pursued by the sales team!
  • Qualification of opportunities could include warm calling, email sequences, LinkedIn messaging etc.
  • Convert AQLs (Automation Qualified Leads) into SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunities) using the MEDDPICC method. Meet the weekly, quarterly and annual marketing qualified lead goals

Focus Areas

  • Qualify opportunities by responding to marketing generated inquiries or nurturing assigned inquiries.
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.com according to SUSE standards providing metrics on leads and subsequent opportunities
  • Support the attendance of end user events by calling to invite and remind registrants to increase event attendance

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly desirable
  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prospecting and lead qualification experience preferred
  • Proven experience working and succeeding in a goal-driven environment
  • Languages: English, Bahasa (Indonesian), Mandarin (China & Taiwan)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (or another CRM) & Groove is a huge plus

  • Number of good quality leads passed onto the sales teams.
