Your mission
We’re strengthening our presence in South EMEA and growing our Sales Development team. You’ll be on the ground floor of the South EMEA SDR team and are critical to the continued growth of the region. You will be able to helpshape a validated playbook, not just run it, and partner with our AEs in Southern Europe and Benelux to win new strategic customers across the region. Location: Italy, Spain or Portugal (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high‑quality top‑of‑funnel for your territory (South EMEA).
  • Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive‑level meetings.
  • Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close.
  • Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, Linkedin) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene.
  • Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team.
  • Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years as an SDR/BDR or related experience.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient. We measure outcomes, not dials. “Busy” ≠ productive
  • Clear, concise writing and confident phone/video presence.
  • Discipline with tools and process; comfortable working with a CRM and Sales Execution platform (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel attend industry events on occasion
  • Fluent English is essential for this role. Additionally, working proficiency in at least one of the following languages is highly desirable: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS (Low-code/software development platforms) or the SAP ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with ABM (6sense, Demandbase), CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), Sales Execution (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove)
  • Track record of successfully generating meetings with enterprise companies
