Job SummaryThe Brand Communication Intern will support the Brand Communication team in executing local brand communication and activation programs at the area level to drive consumer engagement, product trial, and brand visibility. This role focuses on assisting with on-ground activation execution, product experience delivery, insight collection, and community coordination, ensuring that brand programs are implemented consistently and in alignment with approved marketing strategies.Job DescriptionLocal Brand Activation & Program Execution1. Assist in the execution of local brand communication and activation programs by helping to translate approved concepts into effective on-ground activities.2. Support the planning and conduct of sport and lifestyle mini-events at the local or regional level by assisting in the preparation of run-downs, timelines, and execution checklists.3. Assist in finalizing venue bookings, permits, and vendor arrangements by coordinating with relevant external parties to ensure operational readiness.4. Support the sourcing, preparation, and deployment of physical activation assets—such as booths, POSM, signage, uniforms, and sampling equipment—to ensure consistent brand presentation.5. Assist in managing participant and talent logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling, to support the seamless execution of activation activities.Product Experience, Sampling & Knowledge Transfer6. Support the coordination of product supply and sampling logistics by assisting with delivery schedules, storage requirements, and field inventory needs.7. Assist in executing product experience engagements, including sampling, demonstrations, and taste experiences, to drive brand trial and positive consumer perception.8. Support the delivery of product knowledge transfer sessions to consumers, opinion leaders, and partners to ensure accurate messaging and brand advocacy.Insight Collection & Reporting9. Assist in conducting field visits, on-site checks, and OOH listing spot verifications to assess execution quality and local marketing opportunities.10. Support the capture and documentation of photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content during activations to assist with internal reporting and social sharing needs.11. Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data during program execution—including surveys, interviews, and observations—to generate actionable consumer insights.12. Support the analysis of customer responses and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.13. Assist in reporting execution results and learnings to the Marketing Beverages team to support performance tracking and future program optimization.14. Support the proposal of local activation concepts and tactical plans by contributing field feedback and observations regarding local consumer behavior.Community, Partner & Internal Coordination Support15. Assist in the identification and engagement of local communities, partners, and institutions by supporting mapping, briefing, and relationship-nurturing activities.Job Requirements1. Preferred Major(s): Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields. 2. Technical Skills: Event Coordination, Data Management & Reporting, Community Engagement, and Basic Administrative Support. 3. Soft Skills: Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Proactive Problem Solving, and Adaptability. 4. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
