Senior/ Staff Nurse (Clinic)

A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking an experienced Senior/ Staff Nurses to join their expanding team in providing healthcare services to the community in Singapore.

Job Description

• Provide nursing service/procedures and advice to clients.

• Perform all other necessary dispensary-related duties.

• Conduct health screening which includes finger prick blood tests and urine tests, including Interpreting and record urine test, diabetic retinal photography and diabetic foot screening onsite and offsite (willing to be trained to perform this)

• Assist in performing treadmill stress test under close supervision of the doctor on duty

• Simple wound dressing and removal of stitches under instruction of the doctor

• Conduct assessment, develop care plan, perform clinical procedure, monitor conditions and perform re-assessment.

• Match / link clients to the appropriate services.

• Assist with the development and management of On-Boarding Programme for new staff.

• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 3 years of nursing experience.

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Proficient in Phlebotomy and wound care

• Candidates must be SNB-registered nurses
