  • Meng-organize event , dari planning, eksekusi hingga evaluasi
  • Mencapai target peserta ditiap pelaksanaan event & melakukan konversi peserta yang sesuai target menjadi member &/ lainnya (diajak podcast/kunjungan, dsb)
  • Mengkoordinir semua aspek logistik acara, termasuk pemilihan venue, katering, pendaftaran peserta (dibantu tim Support)
  • Menjalin kerjasama dengan partner (community, media, etc) & sponsor hingga MoU
  • Membuat konsep promosi & strategi marketing event serta evaluasi
  • Berkoordinasi lintas tim internal seperti Tim Project, Tim Digital, Tim Finance, dll
  • Negosiasi kontrak dengan vendor untuk mendapatkan persyaratan dan ketentuan yang menguntungkan
  • Membina hubungan dengan anggota komunitas untuk menumbuhkan rasa memiliki dan mendorong partisipasi aktif.
  • Menghadiri acara relasi/partner untuk membangun networking
  • Membuat copywriting marketing & menulis press release acara
  • Menjadi MC/moderator saat dibutuhkan di event
