About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join JONES COLLECTION PTE. LTD in the East Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Managing and organising office schedules, appointments and meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and written communications
Preparing and maintaining accurate records, documentation and filing systems
Processing expense reports, invoices and other administrative paperwork
Coordinating office supplies and equipment orders to ensure efficient workplace operations
Providing support with data entry and database management tasks
Assisting with event coordination, travel arrangements and other special projects as required
Supporting multiple team members with administrative duties to enhance team productivity
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
Professional demeanour with a positive and collaborative approach to working with others
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining teamwork and cooperation
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
