Our main essential oil includes: Patchouli Oil, Clove Oil, Citronella Oil, Cajeput Oil, Nutmeg Oil and Vetiver Oil.

We are looking for experienced, energetic and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions based in Cikarang area.

SENIOR PURCHASER - Cikarang Area

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient skills in English

• Proven working experiences as a procurement/purchasing officer min. 5 years

• Ms. Office in proficient skills

• Experience in local and international purchasing

• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market

• Essential Oil experience or related industry is preferred

• Talent in negotiations and networking

• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management

• Experience in collecting and analysing data

• The ability to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines

• Must be fit physically, have no chronic diseases such as asthma, lungs, hypertension, etc.

Job Responsibility: 

• Execute robust sourcing strategies specifically tailored to natural raw material chemical ingredients, and corporate services.

• Discover, evaluate, and qualify profitable new suppliers to build long-term, sustainable partnerships.

• Manage existing contracts continuously, reviewing them for performance, compliance, and optimization opportunities.

• Oversee supplier performance and build a rigorous third-party management framework.

• Approve material requisitions and finalize precise purchase order (PO) details, tracking them through to successful delivery.

• Monitor, analyze, and report key functional metrics to reduce overall procurement spend and boost operational efficiency.

• Perform comprehensive risk management assessments on supply chains, contracts, and market dependencies to establish proactive control strategies.

• Track and forecast global price trends, harvest yields, and market shifts to mitigate the impact of market volatility on future production activities.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, Quality Assurance, Production) to ensure clarity regarding material specifications and quality expectations.
